Stance, change levels, penetration step, head on outside, turn corner

Single Leg
Change levels, step into nearest leg, chest on thigh, pick up leg

Sit out
Raise right leg, cross left hand in front of right, sit left leg out in front
Hold left hand to belly, roll on left shoulder and FACE opponent

Stand up
Raise left hand to sky with left leg following at same time, thrust hips forward and peel hands off, Face opponent.  This needs to be explosive

Half Nelson

When your opponent is flat, reach under closest arm to you, put your hand on back of his neck , your shoulder in his armpit , turn head inwards toward you and put him on his back

Sprawl
From a wrestling stance, throw legs back target your chest to land on opponents shoulders , keep head up and stay off your knees

Quarter Nelson:
Sprawl, push opponents head to the mat.  Keep your hand on the back of his neck , keep his head on the floor ,  with your other hand reach under his arm and grab your wrist ,   Hip him over to his back

Cross Face
Reach across your opponents face and grab the opposite and take control of your opponent
